World Hunger Day is an annual event supported by the SMSA Trust which celebrates sustainable solutions to ending extreme hunger and poverty. The Trust donated groceries to Moses Maren Mission Technical Secondary school; a no fee school with learners that come from disadvantaged backgrounds and provides a free education to 180 orphans. Partnered with the African Children’s Feeding Scheme and provided hot meals and food parcels to 52 families in Klipspruit, Soweto.
