Skouspel, the pioneering Afrikaans music concert for the past 15 years, becomes SuperSkouspel this year and moves to FNB Stadium, Johannesburg on the 19th September 2015 for one major concert featuring David Kramer, Mango Groove, Die Heuwelsfantasties, Kurt Darren, Freshly Ground, Leon Schuster, Emo Adams, special international guest artist Susan Boyle of Britain’s Got Talent Fame performing in Africa for the first time, Karen Zoid, Francois Van Coke, Nadine, Andriëtte and many more.
This year Huisgenoot has joined forces with kykNet and Big Concerts to reinvent Skouspel. It will feature a world class production accompanied by a symphony orchestra and two choirs.
Checkers is the main sponsor of the event for the 13th successive year whileClover has also again come on board.
The Springboks’ first World Cup rugby match (against Japan), due to start at 17:45 SA time, will be broadcast live on big screens at the stadium to concert-goers.
