Stadium Management SA is proud to announce that MTN8 champions, Bidvest Wits, will be one of the anchor tenants at Dobsonville Stadium until the end of the year with the facility an alternative venue for the Club.
The first Clever Boys fixture at the Soweto venue is the Absa Premiership fixture against Chippa United next Tuesday, 1 November (Kick Off: 19:30pm).
Dobsonville Stadium is also home to legendary club, Moroka Swallows, who are currently campaigning in the ABC Motsepe League.
“We are delighted that Stadium Management SA has made Dobsonville Stadium available to us and are looking forward to playing some of our home fixtures there, starting with our next home fixture against Chippa United next Tuesday,” said Bidvest Wits Chief Executive Officer, Jose Ferreira.
“The Dobsonville Stadium surface is arguably one of the best in the country and suits Wits’ style of play. We are excited to the recent MTN8 winners utilising one of the country’s historic facility,” added Stadium Management SA Communications Manager, Sisa Majola.
Stand tickets will cost R40 for adults and R10 for children Under-12, and available across all Computicket, Shoprite/Checkers retail outlets around the country.
