More importantly though, I really appreciate that fact that you cared to make the gesture and that you wanted to make a difference to a really shitty situation! Whenever I wear this watch it will remind me that no matter what, good will always triumph over bad. That when you keep your head up, persevere and work hard things will always work out for the best!  And most importantly that there are people who care, make a difference in this world and are just good human beings – you Sir are one of those people and I will never forget this, THANK YOU.” Justin Sampson, CEO, S-Factor

“Dear Mr. Grobbelaar, I would like to discuss my salary for the Social Media Associate position. My hours in the week are 3 pm – 9 pm, Monday – Friday, weekends are 10 am – 6 pm, that is 41 hours per week. My starting offer is R 2000 per month, 75% more than my original salary. I can go as low as R 1500, my hours will change if any lower. I can post on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter etc. I can work public holidays, 12-6 pm, except New Year’s Eve/day. I can also work at the office, home anywhere you need me to work from. I am open to other offers if you can suggest anything else. I am also opening a savings account with FNB, with 6% interest, and with that, I’ll be putting 25-50% of my earnings into that account. I don’t wish for any salary I don’t deserve, if you think my work is worth R 1500 a month, R 4000 a month, it doesn’t matter all I ask is for a sustainable salary. I will make a contract at your request, any other terms I need to add to the contract, don’t hesitate to tell me. If any other position opens that you think suits my ethic, I would love to consider. I will have to cut my hours in exam time to 6 pm- 9 pm. I am open to discussing other suggestions. I will promise you that I will give you my 100% even If that means staying up the whole night, if you call me at 2 AM, I will answer. If you require more than one set of hands, my good friend and Business Associate Tumi Ntusba is here to help out. I’m not sure If he will be full-time, but a steady income of R 250-R 500 P/M will be worth his time, I will inform him if you need assistance. Thank you for everything, have a nice day.” Jacques Grobbelaar Junior, Son of the CEO of SMSA
