Dear clients, suppliers and valued stakeholders,
As you are aware, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has led to a series of far reaching healthcare decisions with direct effects on the daily lives of millions of people.
As we continue to monitor the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), our first priority remains the integrity of events and the health, safety and security of our clients, colleagues and community.
Effective 17 March 2020, in accordance with the national precautionary mandate, all face to face bookings and events will be suspended in postponement as communicated in the media by affected governing bodies end event organizers.
In addition, Stadium Management SA (Pty) Ltd has undertaken the following additional precautionary measures with immediate effect:
- SMSA has approved for our staff to work from home when possible;
- SMSA has put on hold all stadium tours until further notice;
- Client and third-party meetings are structured through teleconference and email correspondence; and
- We remain reachable through our standard communication channels on emails, inclusive of the SMSA Enquiries email address and office switchboard.
- Our CEO, Bertie Grobbelaar, will remain available for essential meetings at the SMSA offices on a daily basis.
These measures will remain in effect up and until 14 April 2020.
We will continually monitor the situation for changes and more information, providing updates to our services and future events.
