You will need to visit the Ticketmaster website at https://www.ticketmaster.co.za and login, then follow the steps to create an individualised profile, chose the event you want and follow the steps thereafter

Are these tickets only available for sale online?

Yes, these tickets are only available for purchase online via the Ticketmaster portal at https://www.ticketmaster.co.za

Can I purchase at a ticket outlet?

No, as mentioned previously its only via the online platform at https://www.ticketmaster.co.za

Do I need to have a registered email address to purchase these tickets?

Yes, for you to create a profile you will require an email address

What do I do if I do not have an email address, can I still purchase and how do I go about doing so?

Unfortunately, to purchase you will need an email address, so you will have to create one to register a profile

Each profile is limited to purchase 10 seasonal packages – this is for the benefit of group purchases

What are benefits of the purchasing the season ticket?

The season ticket package consists of the following: all home fixtures played at FNB stadium, inclusive of the Derby for the 25 February 2023, 1 x 2021/2022 Kaizer Chiefs seasonal Jersey, dedicated Seasonal Ticket Holder ‘Fast Lane Stadium Access Gate’
Sizes on jersey are limited and its while stock lasts
1x free soft drink or beer per seasonal ticket holder, per fixture
1x pre-arranged stadium tour for 2 people per season ticket holder

What happens if I do not get a jersey after I make my purchase, will I get a refund?

We will ensure that you will get your jersey

How do I get my tickets for each game?

Your selected games will reflect on your profile at https://www.ticketmaster.co.za, you will have 2 options either print a copy of the ticket or download to your mobile device. If you print a copy, ensure that you still have it with you to redeem your beverage drink

Who will communicate to me regarding the next steps for the next game?

How do I redeem my bar/soft drink voucher?

Each ticket has 2 barcode scanning options, one for access into the stadium and the other is the redeem your drink voucher – so please ensure that you have your ticket with barcode when you redeem voucher

Where do I go to redeem my drinks voucher?

Please follow the signage that reads Seasonal Ticket Holder, it will direct you to the Food Court, produce your barcoded ticket to the cashier to redeem voucher

Can I cancel my seasonal ticket?

Can I transfer my purchase to someone else?

No, unfortunately tickets are non-transferable

How do I get my Kaizer Chiefs seasonal Jersey?
