We will provide you with a dedicated event co-ordinator who will work closely with you to ensure the planning and delivery of your event runs smoothly. Our team has a wealth of experience and will suggest catering options, décor, AV, production and extra special touches designed to make your event a truly inspirational and memorable experience for your delegates.

Our experienced in-house chefs are used to catering for Premier League tastes and serve up high-quality dishes for thousands of hospitality guests delivering top quality foods on a match day in our hospitality suites and your event is no different. We are proud to offer an extensive range of catering options for every occasion, from finger buffets to fine dining. We offer a wide selection of menu options everything from finger buffets to fine dining, all made where possible with locally sourced ingredients.

Audio Visual
Many suites inside our stadiums come with plasma screens and speakers installed throughout. However if you require any additional AV, we work with an external supplier who can offer a wide range of solutions which our event co-ordinators can arrange for your event.

Dinner Dance

The Calabash is the perfect venue for a dinner dance full of the glitz and glamour your guests would expect at this world-famous stadium.

We have a wide range of blank canvas suites which can accommodate anything from 50 to 650 dining guests. You can also host your drinks reception in the main foyer where guests will be greeted by an unrivalled collection of photo collages and history, a truly unique experience and a great ice-breaker at any event.

Over the years The Calabash has hosted dinner dances for a number of prestigious clients including the COJ (City of Johannesburg). We will provide you with a dedicated event co-ordinators who will work closely with you to ensure your event runs flawlessly, recommending everything from room dressing, catering and AV options to centre pieces and table cloths.

In addition the Calabash has free parking for all guests and is well located just ten minutes from the City Centre making it easily accessible via road, rail and tram.

Presidential Suite: With a maximum dinner dance capacity of 250, the iconic Presidential Suite is one of the most famous in the Western side of the stadium and includes its own private entrance.

Super Suite: The ultra-modern Super Suite includes contemporary furniture décor and can cater for dinner dances for up to 250 guests.

Stadium Management Lounge:This suite has breath-taking views out onto the FNB pitch which is sure to impress your guests; it is perfect for more intimate occasions with a dinner dance capacity of 750.
